1969 - Company Established
Established at Xin-Zhuang City. Taipei County
1970 - Incorporation of Company
Incorporation of Company. Joint Venture with Sato Industrial Co. (Japan) [Capital: NT$ 5.2 million] 
1972 - Technology Transfer
On-site Japanese Engineer for Technology Transfering 
1986 - Capital Increase: NT$ 10 million
Organization Restructure. [Capital Increase: NT$ 10 million] 
1990 - Factory Expanded and Rebuild
Factory Expanded and Rebuild at the Same Site 
1991 - Officially become Japanese Brand Name Supplier
Officially become Japanese Brand Name Supplier including AIWA, and Start the Stereo, Home Electronics and other Professional Mold Manufacturing. Gradually Become Manufacture Partner of FUNAI, HITACHI, SHARP, THOMSON, SONY.... etc. 
1994 - Exceeding Annual Export Amount USD 5 million
